Just in case you’re looking for a clean breakfast recipe one day this week.... here you go! (or if you are like me, and it’s 91 and your a/c broke, a frosty green smoothie is all I can think about eating / drinking!)
Berry Green Smoothie Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1/4 frozen banana
1/4 - 1/2 c. Mixed Raspberries + blueberries
cinnamon
vanilla
1 c. US almond milk
1-2 cups frozen spinach
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1-2 T. Nut butter (cashew or almond is my preference)
1-2 scoops protein powder, (I use collagen protein)
Recipe Instructions
1. Blend up in a high speed blender (I love my Vitamix), top with a few extra crushed nuts/seeds and enjoy!
